1. Returns & Refunds

• Eligible within 14 days of delivery

• Items must be unworn, undamaged with original tags

• Refunds processed within 5-7 business days to original payment method

• Return shipping costs are customer's responsibility

2. Exchanges

• Size/color exchanges available within 14 days

• Process:

  1. Email service@tumsfa.com with exchange request

  2. Return original item to our warehouse

  3. Receive replacement (free shipping for exchanges due to our error)

3. Damaged/Defective Items

• Report within 48 hours of delivery to service@tumsfa.com

• Include photos/video of damage

• We will arrange free return & replacement

4. Non-Returnable Items

• Underwear & swimwear (hygiene reasons)

• Final sale items (marked "non-refundable")
